What it isn't

A few clarifications that make the model click.

Is a custom build ever included in the platform?
No. Custom builds are separate, every time. The $450 covers the platform and standard agents. Anything purpose-built for your stack is its own engagement.
What counts as an outcome?
One completed job: a lead qualified, a conversation resolved, a document processed, a renewal sent. You are charged once per conversation, and we define each outcome and its price with you when we build the agent.
Is there a usage minimum?
No. The $450 platform fee is the only floor. Slow month? You pay $450 plus the outcomes your agents actually delivered. No double-floors.
What pushes a build above $10K?
When the agent touches multiple data sources, needs custom orchestration, or sits deep in your stack. Most builds land between $10K and $15K. Anything bigger gets a real SOW.
Can you stay in the loop after launch?
Yes. Clients who want us building continuously can add an embedded retainer, around $5K/mo for roughly a day a week of reserved time, on top of the platform and builds.
Anything I pay to get started?
No separate setup fee. The first $10K build is the onboarding. You pay it once, the agent ships, and you're live.
